I am a licensed massage therapist who has been practicing since graduating from Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2022. In my time there I learned Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Shortly after graduating I attended my first continuing education ’Leveling the head and tail’ - a Myoskeletal Alignment Training through Erik Dalton. I became a massage therapist because I wanted to do something I am passionate about and help others feel better. I have always been fascinated in anatomy, learning how the body works and understanding pain patterns. While working in a spa and chiropractic setting - I was able to see clients coming in with a multitude of treatment goals. This helped me learn ways to shape my sessions, tailoring them to each individuals wants and needs. My primary approach is from a therapeutic perspective. Each session is a blend of modalities directed towards treating your bodies current needs, while moving towards your over-all goals. My goal is for you to feel grounded, centered, energized, and cared for - at the end of each session. I value education. Continuing to learn about the human body, pain patterns, and how we hold tension allows me to assist clients towards their goals using the most effective techniques. I am currently studying yoga at an instructor level to help deepen my understanding of how the body and mind are connected (and how movement keeps our bodies happy/healthy)
